You decide how long you come for, whether you meet at a local car park and walk to Willow Tree through the woods (that’s one challenge completed), you can bring a picnic lunch, or just come in the afternoon.  When completing the application form, please ensure you put your expected arrival and departure times at Willow Tree – we may need to stagger times if some are oversubscribed.

Uniform should be worn for the event, but many activities will be outdoors so dress appropriately for the weather.

Units should do their own consent form, and bring these with you.  We shall have a first aid point, but recommend Units have a pocket kit too.

The Willow Tree shop will be open, so children may bring some pocket money.

Please complete  application form with payment before the closing date (24^th September 2017) to reserve your places.
