Calling all Ranger Leaders and Leaders of units with Young Leaders.
Next year, Rangers and Young Leaders from across the County will have the chance to brave the cold and join us for our Winter Camp from the 3rd – 5th March 2023, at Lees Wood Camp Site.
This is an event for Rangers and Young Leaders to attend without their leaders, so please send out our information letter to all those who may be interested.
The winter themed weekend will include crafts, a film night, campfires, and a night hike. In addition to these the following activities are on offer at the site and we will be doing two of following; Archery, Rifle Range, Bouldering Wall and Peddle Karts (these will be confirmed nearer the time)
We would love for all the attendees to brave the cold and camp in tents with us over the weekend, but we know this isn’t for everyone, so we have a booked both camping and indoor accommodation. There will be limited spaces to stay indoors in the bunk house so they will need to sign up as soon as possible if they would like one of these spaces. We have also reserved some spaces indoors for those who may have additional needs and need to stay indoors, they can let us know if this is the case when signing up.
Below is a letter that can be sent out to all Rangers and Young Leaders, the deadline for signing up is 04/12/22 so please forward this to them in plenty of time.
