Join us for an action-packed event in February 2024, at Paccar Scout Camp exclusively for Ranger and Young Leaders.
We are offering two options to make the event suitable for all.
There are limited spaces to stay the whole weekend, sign up as soon as possible if you would like one of these spaces.
The following activities are on offer at the site; 3G Swing, Abseiling, Archery, Caving, Climbing, Crate Stacking, Gladiator Challenge, High Ropes, Leap of Faith, Nightline, Rifle Range, Tomahawk Throwing and Zip Lines. Once signed up you will receive a survey and the top activities as voted for by attendees will be booked.
A non-refundable payment of £25 is required by 05/11/2022 to reserve your space.
£65 per Ranger/Young Leader – This covers accommodation, food, and all activities
Girlguiding is for all, and we do not want anyone to miss out due to financial reasons. If your daughter would like to attend but you have concerns over finances, please contact us in confidence to discuss financial support/payment plans.
Transport to and from the campsite is not included, parents are to arrange drop off and pick up.

To sign up, please complete the corresponding sign up form linked below and make the required payment by 5/11/2022. Places on the weekend/activity day will not be secured until the form is complete, and we have received the required payment.

The full weekend bookings require a minimum of 16 participants to go ahead. If the minimum number is not met your deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel your place after 05/11/2023 the following amount will be charged, payable within 14 days of the cancellation date:
• More than 30 days prior to the 1st day of the trip – deposit non-refundable.
• Fewer than 30 days prior to the 1st day of the trip, full balance to be paid.
The activity day bookings require a minimum of 10 participants to go ahead. If the minimum number is not met your deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel your place after 05/11/2023 no refund will be offered.
