On the 18th July, the hottest day of the year to date(!), a group of Guiders and Young Leaders went along to Willow Tree Centre to take part in a Facebook live “Share the Light” event round an equally hot campfire.
Organised by the County’s Marketing and Communications Team it brought together participants from Ruislip-Northwood, Harrow & Pinner and Uxbridge Divisions who lead songs, responded to comments on social media, passed on shout outs and filmed the whole event. We were also very excited to welcome our Chief Guide, Amanda Medler, also a member of our County, who came along to join in and close the event. The video has been viewed over 1,000 times!
