A speedy Jack Petchey outing!

Back in August last year, our two Jack Petchey Award Winners, Isabella and Nicole, chose to pool together their grant money for the unit to go Go Karting. The Rangers all had one session on the track and whilst on their break the session was unfortunately cut short due to technical issues!
Even though our time there was cut short, everyone had an amazing time on the track and even in those 15 minutes there was improvements all round! We got a full refund so Isabella and Nicole decided they would love for us all to go back again for our full session.

So, in January (when Isabella and Nicole were back from university for the holidays) we once again headed to Team Sport Karting in Watford to do some Go Karting. Getting to go a second time meant that some Rangers who were not able to come last time were able to join us as well as some of our brand-new Rangers! Everyone had such a great time, with a lot of friendly
competition. This time everyone got three 15mins sessions on the track, meaning everyone had a chance to improve their driving skills.

A massive well done to Isabella and Nicole for gaining the award and providing the unit with two great outings. Thank you so much to the Jack Petchey Foundation and Middlesex North West for helping us provide these amazing opportunities at a subsidised cost!
