I am the County Commissioner for Middlesex North West, and responsible for Guiding in our local area, covering the London Boroughs of Hillingdon and Harrow. I also represent our County at Region and National level. I have grown up through Girlguiding and am a Guide Leader in Northwood District, for over 12 years.

Working in collaboration with the County Team, we organise local activities for young members and volunteers and provide opportunities for learning and development. We work to ensure that our volunteers feel valued and supported and have the skills and resources to undertake their roles within the County.

It would not be possible to do my volunteer role without the support of my Assistant County Commissioner, Marian, along with the volunteers who make up County Executive and wider County Team.

I am very grateful to the whole team for taking on these additional roles alongside their
other Girlguiding roles and commitments.

Marian is the Assistant County Commissioner (Volunteers) and has been a Brownie, Guide, Young Leader and Ranger in Eastcote District, where she was previously a Guide Leader for 12 years. Marian was a Ranger Leader in Ruislip-Windmill District for 2 years and is now a Supporting Leader across the County.
