Join us for an action-packed event exclusively for Rangers and Young Leaders in July 2025, at Phasels Wood Activity Centre.
We will be camping from the 11 th – 13 th July 2025 with activities from the Friday night to
Sunday morning including onsite activities, crafts, wide games, and a campfire. The onsite
activities you will get to do include Climbing, Air Rifles, Land Zorbs and Crate Stacking.
You can find the types of activities we will be doing on the Phasels Wood website. We will try to do a mixture of different types of activities depending on our numbers and availability at the campsite.

Cost:
£80 per Ranger/Young Leader – This covers accommodation, food, and all activities
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £35 is required by 04/05 to reserve your space.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of £45 must be paid by 08/06.
Girlguiding is for all, and we do not want anyone to miss out due to financial reasons. If your daughter would like to attend but you have concerns over finances, please contact us in confidence to discuss financial support/payment plans.

If you wish to attend, please complete the Summer Camp Sign Up Form by 04/05/25.
Once you have filled in the sign-up form you will receive an email with the details to
pay the deposit. Places will not be secured until the form is complete, and we have
received the required payment.
Pricing Terms & Conditions
We require a minimum of 18 participants to go ahead. If the minimum number is not met
your deposit will be refunded to you.
If you cancel your place after 04/05/2025 the following amount will be charged, payable
within 14 days of the cancellation date:
• Prior to 08/06/25 – deposit non-refundable.
• After 08/06/25 – full balance to be paid.
