Get qualified so you can respond in emergencies – as well as to bumps, cuts and bruises
We encourage all of our volunteers to complete first response training to ensure that Girlguiding members are kept as safe as possible when they are in our care. If you need to renew your qualification (you will be sent a reminder via Go Communication in plenty of time) or are want to take the course for the first time the join us for the face to face training session.
You will also need to complete the e-learning which can be found on the Learning Platform, prior to the training date. Your GO record cannot be updated until both elements have been completed.
Timings 9.15am to 3.30pm.
Cost: £10.00 to be paid on the day. – This cost can be claimed as an expense from your unit.
This is a uniform event.
Bring a packed lunch and drink.

You should park within the gates and as you approach the inner school gates Galbraith Hall is the building on the left. It is important to use the postcode and not Google Galbraith Hall as the one that comes up is in Uxbridge and we are in Southall.
